She has expertise in treating orthopedic diagnoses, including post-surgical patients, pediatric, geriatric, neurological, vestibular, cardiopulmonary patients, and is experienced in ergonomics. She has worked as a clinical director but prefers direct patient care and enjoys the one on one time with clients to improve their quality of life.
Kilbridge Physical Therapy provides physical therapy services in your home. With over 35 years of clinical experience and completing over 80 continued education courses in specialized topics, we are qualified to support a plethora of obstacles. We will work with your doctor, caregivers, and other professionals who are involved in your care in order to reach your maximum potential.
Physical therapy will target specific problem areas in order to improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and ability to walk and transfer. Physical therapy is also crucial after many surgeries and for managing musculoskeletal problems. The goal is to help you live safely, as independently as possible, and continue with the activities that you enjoy.
Kilbridge Physical Therapy identifies and manages movement dysfunctions, enhances physical and functional abilities, works to prevent the onset and progression of impairments & limitations. The health and wellness needs of the whole person and their environment are integrated into the care plan so that clients can function optimally in their surroundings.
Kilbridge Physical Therapy works closely with physicians and other health care professionals, family members, and caregivers. In addition to 1:1 treatment, we partner with clients to develop a comprehensive exercise program and provide other therapeutic interventions in order to align with goals aimed to restore, maintain and promote optimal physical function and quality of life.
Kilbridge Physical Therapy has always sought to keep prices low and affordable so people can maximize the help they need. In order to operate using this model, we have not joined a health insurance network or become part of a "big box" physical therapy company, therefore we bill clients directly.
